Our team can be reached at support@oceancocktail.com. We are committed to responding to requests within 48 working hours.

Complaint procedure

For any complaints, send your order number, a clear description of the problem and, if relevant, photos or a video. We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and offer a solution within 5 to 10 working days.

Technical support and product assistance

For questions about use, assembly or maintenance, consult the product sheet and the FAQ. If the information is not included, our support guides you by email.

Refund and Exchange Policy

The refund and exchange procedures follow the "Returns and refunds" section of the GTC. All requests are processed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and fast solution.

Fraud prevention

We systematically check refund requests and returns. Evidence (photos, videos, tracking number) may be requested. In case of repeated abuse, we reserve the right to refuse new orders.
