2. Object

These general conditions of sale (GTC) govern orders placed on the OceanCocktail website. They apply to all customers, individuals and professionals, unless otherwise provided in writing.

3. Orders

The validation of an order constitutes acceptance of the GTC. The customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information. OceanCocktail reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of suspicion of fraud or obvious error.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros (or other currency displayed) and include applicable taxes. Delivery costs are added at the time of payment. Payment is secure and is made by the means proposed at the time of order. The order is considered accepted after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

Processing and delivery times are indicated for information on the product page. OceanCocktail makes every effort to meet these deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs or exceptional events. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, consumers have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for legal exceptions (personalized products, perishable foodstuffs, etc.). To exercise this right, contact customer service at support@oceancocktail.com. Returns must be authorized in advance; unauthorized returns will not be supported.

7. Returns and refunds

After validation of the return request and, if necessary, receipt and control of the product, OceanCocktail offers the most suitable solution: refund, exchange, credit or partial refund if the condition of the product justifies it. For low-value items, a refund without return may be offered to avoid disproportionate fees. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after validation.

8. Warranty and compliance

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects provided for by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code. In case of a defective or non-compliant product, contact customer service with photos/videos to trigger the procedure.

9. Liability

OceanCocktail is responsible for the proper performance of the obligations resulting from the contract. However, the responsibility cannot be held in the event of force majeure, incidents related to carriers or misuse of the product by the customer.

10. Mediation and dispute resolution

For any complaints, first contact our customer service at support@oceancocktail.com. If no amicable solution is found, the consumer may refer the matter to the competent mediator or initiate the remedies provided for by the applicable legislation. The contact details of the competent mediator can be communicated on request.
