Return and Refund Policy -
At OceanCocktail you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Before any return, contact us at support@oceancocktail.com indicating your order number and the reason.
If the product is defective or non-compliant, attach photos or a video.
We validate the request within 48 hours and provide you with the return address or the alternative solution (refund without return, exchange, credit).
Unauthorized returns will not be supported. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we are mistaken. The refund is made on the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days after validation.
Concrete examples
Low-value product (e.g. €12 phone case): we often offer a refund without return to avoid disproportionate fees.
Average product (ex. watch €60): we ask for photos + mandatory return to the address provided after validation; full refund after receipt.
Valuable product (e.g. €200): return is required. Once the product has been received and checked, we will offer you the most suitable solution: refund, exchange or partial refund depending on the state observed.
Anti-abuse clauses:
Any refund is subject to verification.
In the event of insufficient evidence or proven fraud, the application may be refused.
Customers with an abuse history may be refused new orders.
